Recruitline, operated by Value Create Inc. (株式会社バリュークリエイト), is an AI-assisted recruitment platform for matching candidates with job opportunities. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
- Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Use the service lawfully; do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to access.
- Upload only data you are permitted to share, and obtain candidate consent where required.
3. AI-assisted matching
Candidate scores and rankings are produced with AI assistance and are advisory only. Hiring decisions are made by human users, who are responsible for them. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
4. Personal information
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, Candidate Notice, and Trust & Privacy page. Customers acting as data controllers are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data they upload.
5. Availability & liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
